The next step for you would be to either call or email our office to discuss your situation and set up a free initial consultation. At that consultation, we will discuss your situation, and our office will make recommendations as to the best documents to meet your needs. If you decide to proceed forward, we will obtain information from you that is needed to draft those documents. Drafts of your documents will usually be mailed or emailed to you within 2 weeks of our meeting along with an explanatory and summary letter. After you have reviewed those drafts, we will set up a date and time where we can answer any questions that you may have or make any further changes you desire. Once the documents are in final form, we will set up an appointment where you can come back into our office and formally sign those documents before witnesses and a notary public.
